Academy MissionProfessional Aeronautics Academy will be at all times devoted to student success and will set the standard for educational excellence by striving to produce the most trained and competent workforce which promotes the continuation of our industry and way of life. Academy VisionWe will become the choice aviation education provider in the United States of America. We will continuously refine the flight training process and lead the way to increase the quality found in traditional aviation education. We will ensure that our flight training content is relevant and that each individual student's learning is purposeful. We will train, mentor, and develop a proficient aviation workforce who has the knowledge and skill necessary to tackle our industry's toughest challenges. We will remember that our students are individuals, not numbers, who must be molded and developed to join our ranks and who, one day, may be responsible for the lives of our own children. We will be faithful stewards of our industry and protect our way of life by promoting structure, professionalism, and integrity in our operations. We will participate in community outreach programs which focus on America's youth so that we can develop the future leaders of our profession.
