Certificated Flight Instructor (CFII/CFI) Course Are you ready to earn your place in the general aviation community? Our accelerated CFI program is a no-nonsense, fast-paced course that was designed specifically for maneuver proficient commercial pilots wish to become flight instructors and prefer an accelerated training method. Our professional ground school contains over 50 hours of classroom instruction and practice-instructor sessions. The flight instruction provided is straight forward and to the point, with all lessons designed to help you ace your checkride. We take flight instructing very seriously. Our accelerated programs are highly structured, fast-paced and should only be taken by students who specifically desire such accelerated programs. Students are free to select the course that is right for them. Remember, you are becoming an Instructor and as such, you will be required to teach practice lessons during this course. Normal Course Layout* Days 1-7 (In processing, FOI and CFII Training) *Schedule may vary slightly based on location, time of year and Inspector availability. Lodging Each flight academy location has special corporate rates at local hotels, motels and several bed-and-breakfast establishments depending on student preference. Our staff will be happy to assist you in selecting the lodging arrangements that are best for you. If you need us to book your hotel or arrange for transportation, just ask. Transportation There are several rental car agencies around our each of our campus locations, however, based on student load, transportation is usually provided to and from hotels that are within a reasonable distance from the campus. If your desire our assistance to help you find a rental car, ask our staff on your initial call. Payment A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required before any class seat can be reserved. Pre-course materials will be sent after the initial payment is received. Payments can be made via PayPal or other certified funds. The remaining balance for your course is due immediately upon reaching the school, before any training is provided and may be paid with a credit card if the student desires.
