We pride ourselves in our structured approach to flight training operations. Similar to most professional aviation companies, we rank and classify our pilots based on experience, qualifications, and tenure. Pilots are typically classified as either a line pilot or a captain, similar to the first officer/captain structure of the airlines.
In the tables below, you can find current job openings for pilots at flight operations staff at our various locations. We also have special employment opportunities that arise from time to time. These are often advanced careers that give new employees the chance to join the company well ahead of their peers.
