President (2009-2014)
Mr. J.R. Lynch is the current President of Professional Aeronautics Academy, and has aviation experience in both military and civilian aviation operations. He assumed the role of President in 2009. Born in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, J.R. began his flight training on his home island and completed remainder of his flight training in Fayetteville, North Carolina and Houston, Texas after permanently relocating to the United States. J.R. is a veteran and his military career includes assignments as a direct-fire infantryman, air traffic controller and a utility/heavy-lift helicopter pilot. His military awards include the Combat Infantry Badge, the U.S. Cavalry Order of the Spur, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Korean Defense Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, and the Army Achievement Medal.
The Office of the President is responsible for the overall administration of the Academy and its interest. The President is largely responsible for determinging the companies vision, developing and executing company policy, and creating key operational strategies with the advise and counsel of the Executive Vice President. The Office of the Executive Vice President and Office of the Company Administrator are responsible directly to the President. |

DENISE JACKSON
Executive Vice President (Interim)
Vice President and Company Administrator
A native of Louisiana, Mrs. Jackson was selected as the Vice President and Company Administrator in December of 2010. As the Administrator, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative operations and is the senior human resources officer. The Administrator reports directly to the President and advises on matters relating to human resources, student administration, and day to day operations. Her office is responsible for the coordination of cooperative academic programs between the Academy and our partner Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL). Denise is a graduate of the Northwestern State University (NSU) in Louisiana and holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration. |
